Steamed Broccoli With Sesame Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle sesame seed on a baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes. Set aside.
    Trim off leaves and tough lower stalks of broccoli. Wash thoroughly and separate into spears. Arrange with stalks toward center in a vegetable steamer. Steam 6 minutes (or simmer in pan 6 minutes).
    Drain. Combine sesame seed, vinegar and remaining ingredients. Stir. Drizzle over broccoli.

    1 vegetable, 1/2 fat.
    Serving Size:
    1/2 cup.
