Roast Beef Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef chuck roast
    1 garlic bud
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    ripe olives, tomatoes and parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Roll roast in flour; brown in hot oil.
    Place in heavy roaster pan.
    Add all dry seasonings.
    Top roast with sliced garlic bud, diced onion, green pepper, horseradish and catsup, then add 1 cup water around meat.
    Cover roaster.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4 hours, until very tender.
    Garnish with ripe olives, tomato wedges and parsley.
