Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. shortening or oil
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening until mixed. Add buttermilk and yeast.
    Work together until sticky and mixed well.
    Cover bowl; put in refrigerator.
    Take out what is needed; roll out.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Put on baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until desired browness.
