Chili Con Carne With Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes (1 lb. 12 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
Preparation

Cook and stir ground beef, onions and green pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onions are tender.
Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except kidney beans.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
(Or cook uncovered about 45 minutes.)
Stir in beans; heat.
Makes 4 to 5 servings (about 1 cup each).
