Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick tenderloins
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
Preparation

Place tenderloin in large plastic bag.
Combine vinegar, mustard, honey and brown sugar.
Mix well.
Pour into bag.
Seal bag securely.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove tenderloins from marinade and discard marinade.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place tenderloins on baking rack in roasting pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Slice into thin slices.
Spread mayonnaise over cooked meat and serve on crescent rolls.
