Zucchini Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. pineapple, cut in pieces
2 c. zucchini, shredded
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Then add rest of ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured bread pans.
Makes 2 loaves.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Freeze some for Christmas.
