Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs (reserve additional 1/2 c. for topping)
    8 eggs (may increase to 10)
    5 c. hash browns or grated potatoes
    3 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2/3 c. milk
    green onions, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    8 drops red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Cover with 1/2 cup crumbs.
    May refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
