Potato-Broccoli-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan over low heat; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add cream cheese, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Add potatoes and stir well.
