2 tsp. soft butter
2 egg yolks
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped cream
graham cracker crumbs
nuts
Preparation

Line bowl with graham cracker crumbs. Mix butter, powdered sugar and eggs together. Pour over graham cracker crumbs. Mix whipped cream, pineapple, nuts and vanilla together. Pour on top. Save some graham cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top. Make the day before and refrigerate.
