Three Layer Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. course ground corn meal
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. unbleached white flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. oil
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix together.
    Batter will be thin.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes or until top is springy when gently touched.
