Muskrat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground muskrat
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/8 c. dry crumbs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 onion, minced or grated
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated smoked Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. beer
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 medium zucchini
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine butter, onion salt, thyme and parsley.
    In a cup measure or bowl (glass), microwave on High (100%) for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
    Set aside.
