Doris Bell'S Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cans fat free, refried beans
    1 1/2 to 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
    1 pt. fat free sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    chopped lettuce
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 pkg. corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion.
    Add beans and seasoning mix to meat mixture.
    Add 2/3 can tomato sauce to make pudding consistency.
    Simmer on very low heat for 5 minutes.
    Pour into an 11 x 14-inch pan.
    Layer the following in order: sour cream, lettuce (thin layer), tomato, Cheddar cheese and corn chips.
