Pot Of Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, sliced and parboiled
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    8 oz. American cheese or Velveeta
    1/2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In lightly greased casserole dish, layer potatoes, ground beef, onion, mushroom soup and cheese.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour milk over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
