Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion until onion is tender; drain off fat.
    Add macaroni, salt, chili powder, sugar, black pepper and 2 1/2 cups water.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Combine tomato paste and 1/4 cup water; add to pan and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until done.
