Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onions
    butter or margarine
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice 1 potato per each person.
    Use 1 medium onion for every 2 potatoes, sliced.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cut butter or margarine over top, 2 teaspoons per potato.
    Add 2 tablespoons water.
    Cover; microwave on High until tender, 8 to 14 minutes, depending on amount.
    Stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
