French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. onions
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    3/4 c. flour
    3 qt. beef bouillon (5 cubes dissolved in water)
    1 tsp. salt
    French bread slices
    Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Cut onions into 1/2-inch slices. Caramelize in stick of butter on stove top. Add all other ingredients except bouillon water; mix well. Add bouillon water and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer 1 to 2 hours. Toast French bread slices on both sides. Put soup in bowls; top with bread slice. Lay Mozzarella slice on top and place in broiler until cheese has melted.
