Golden Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. frozen orange concentrate, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Cream together shortening and brown sugar.
    Beat in egg well. Sift flour, salt and soda together; add to first mixture alternately with undiluted orange juice concentrate, stirring after each addition.
    Quickly stir in nuts and pineapple (do not drain).
    Bake in greased small loaf pan (approximately 9 x 5 x 3-inch) in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Empty onto rack to cool.
