Lobster Or Crab Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    sprig parsley
    1 1/2 c. chopped lobster or crab meat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste or paprika (this is for color)
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. light cream or milk
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in a pan.
    Cook slowly until onion is yellow.
    Add lobster.
    Cook and stir 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour and tomato paste/paprika.
    Add broth.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Remove parsley.
    Add cream/milk.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve with salt and cayenne pepper.
