Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    4 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley or 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. each: garlic powder, sweet basil and oregano
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Press crescent roll triangles together in ungreased 8 x 12-inch glass dish.
    Press up the sides 1/2-inch or more.
    Spread crust with Dijon mustard.
