Pork Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. pork, cut in cubes (1 part fat to 3 parts lean)
    1 tsp. red pepper
    3 Tbsp. pickling salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dried sage
Preparation
    Grind meat fine in food chopper.
    Sprinkle spices over meat and mix well.
    Refrigerate, freeze, sack or can.
