Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, cut in 8ths
1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
parsley
Preparation

Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag (or bowl). Moisten potatoes in milk and coat well with dry mixture.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan with melted butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn once after first 30 minutes.
When done, sprinkle with parsley.
