Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chicken broth
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. grated Swiss cheese, lightly packed
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat broth in saucepan.
Add potatoes, pepper and seasoned salt.
Heat to boiling.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Do not drain.
