Happy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely ground
    1/2 c. celery, ground
    1 medium apple, cored and ground
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and cold water. Thicken slightly. Add pineapple, cranberries, celery, apple and nuts.
    Pour into mold or serving dish.
    Refrigerate until set. Serves 6.
