Roast And Gravy With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round roast
    salt and pepper
    onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Flour roast and brown both sides.
    Remove roast and make gravy.
    Put roast back in deep covered skillet; cook until tender. Add onion, tomatoes and garlic.
    Simmer for half hour.
    Cook rice separate and serve with gravy and roast.
