Special Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese (2 lb.)
    12 oz. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Grease a 10-inch spring-form pan and line with wax paper.
    Put cheese and eggs in blender.
    Blend until no lumps are left.
    Place in a bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Turn oven off but leave cake in oven for another hour.
    Cool well to hold together.
