Lo-Cal Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. French-cut mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, broccoli and celery; store brand such as A&P or Delchamps are great for this!)
    4 to 6 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1 pkg. thin spaghetti
    olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic or to taste
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 large can mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh, sliced
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Saute mixed vegetables in small amount of olive oil along with any other fresh vegetables you care to add.
    If using fresh tomatoes, add just before serving.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper.
    Mix in cooked spaghetti and about 2 tablespoons sesame oil and teriyaki sauce.
