Rouladen(Beef Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2-inch slices top sirloin roast, not cooked
1/2 c. chopped raw bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped dill pickle
1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Pound meat slices with steak mallet.
Spread mustard thinly over meat.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, pickles, bacon and onions. Roll up and secure with skewers or string. Brown in butter.
Place in roaster with small amount of water. Cover and bake until tender, about 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
Make gravy with the broth and add sour cream before serving.
