Ingredients

1 pkg sugar free strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups ice water
1 pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 (8 oz) container sugar free Cool Whip
2 graham cracker crusts
fresh strawberries, dipped in artificial sweetener
Preparation

Add boiling water to jello.
Stir until blended.
Add ice water and mix well.
Allow to set.
In separate bowl, mix pudding and milk until smooth and thick.
Fold in half of Cool Whip.
Add jello and mix together until well blended.
Pour into pie shells and chill. Just before serving, place dollup of Cool Whip on each slice of pie and garnish with fresh strawberries.
