Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken and broth (3 c.)
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced onion
8 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 lb. Ritz crackers
4 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook chicken and reserve broth. Skin, bone and cut chicken. Saute in butter (or margarine) the celery and diced onion.
