Barley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. barley (not quick cooking)
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. green onion
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    3 1/3 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and barley in butter until golden.
    Take off heat. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into an ungreased casserole dish.
    Before ready to cook, heat broth and stir in to blend.
    Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
