Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can (29 oz.) candied yams
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
small can crushed pineapple (optional)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain and mash candied yams in baking dish.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or until mixture is firm.
Remove from oven and place topping on casserole.
