Stir-Fry Vegetable Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Blend with mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour mix into skillet.
Bake for 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
Lower oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for another 10 minutes.
While pancake is baking, melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter in pan and saute vegetables and spices of your choice.
Spoon vegetables over the pancake.
Can add grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
