Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each: baking soda, cinnamon and salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Make a well in center.
    Put oil, strawberries and juice and eggs in and mix well.
    Grease and flour 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans or muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Serve warm with strawberry cream cheese.
