Oniony Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (optional)
    1 c. long grain (brown or white) rice
    2 cans beef broth/bouillon
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to 375\u00b0.\tSaute onion, rice and mushrooms in margarine
    in
    a
    skillet
    until rice begins to turn a bit brown and
    onion\tis tender.
    Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish
    and
    add
    soup.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, for about an hour or until all soup has been absorbed.
