Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can tomato paste
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 large container Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. basil leaves
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 bay leaves
1 lb. box lasagne noodles
1 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Brown ground chuck, Italian sausage, onion, green pepper and spices. Add tomato paste to mixture; stir well. Add stewed tomatoes.
Let simmer about 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese and eggs.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a large lasagne pan, layer sauce, noodles, Swiss cheese and cottage cheese mixture.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Repeat for second layer, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
