Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 (4 x 6-inch) sliced natural Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place chicken in greased pan; salt and pepper.
    Spread kraut on top of chicken.
    Place cheese slices on top.
    Pour dressing over all.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
