Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. oats, uncooked
1 tsp. soda (1/2 if using self-rising flour)
1/2 tsp. salt (dash if using self-rising flour)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine and mix well.
Drop in muffin cups (small) and bake at 350\u00b0 until done (maybe 7 minutes or until browned a little).
Turn out on wire rack to cool. Store in airtight container.
Freezes well.
