Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 potatoes
    medium onion
    a few carrots
    salt and pepper
    Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onion, carrots, salt, pepper and margarine until tender.
    Whip cream of chicken soup and milk.
    Pour into potatoes.
    Simmer an hour or so.
