Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, onion, eggs, butter, 1 cup cheese and salt.
    Add corn muffin mix; mix and blend thoroughly.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish or a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until mixture tests done.
    Cut into squares and serve hot.
