Good Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
3 egg yolks, unbeaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add milk, butter, rind, juice, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Cool. Fold in sour cream and lemon flavoring. Refrigerate.
