Holiday Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 beaten eggs yolks
    5 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1/1 c. sugar
    2 to 3 c. bourbon
    1/1 c. rum
    2 pints milk
    1 c. whipped heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine yolks with sugar gradually, beating constantly.
    Stir in bourbon and rum gradually, beating constantly. Fold in milk, egg whites and cream.
    Pour mixture into punch bowl; chill.
    Garnish with nutmeg when ready to serve.
    Be sure to sprinkle nutmeg on top, do not dump all at once.
