Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels (light)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. margarine
1 c. pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour 1/2 of batter into Pam-sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
