Broccoli Cauliflower Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken in thirds
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    16 oz. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    Drain; rinse with hot water.
    Keep warm; set aside.
    Cook vegetables until crisp-tender as directed on package.
    Drain; set aside.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In a medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add milk; blend well.
    Cook over medium heat 6 to 10 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
    Stir in 1 cup cheese and pepper. Spoon cooked spaghetti into prepared pan.
    Top with cooked vegetables.
    Pour milk mixture over top; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles and is thoroughly heated.
    Serves 8.
