Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. carrots
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Clean and scrape carrots.
Cut lengthwise.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes in boiling water until tender.
In a large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and butter until bubbly. Add carrots.
Cook over low heat and stir occasionally about 5 minutes until carrots are glazed and heated through.
