Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. grated cheese
salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and cheese thoroughly; add salt and cayenne. Gradually work in flour.
Toss on lightly floured board; roll 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick and cut into strips or put through cookie press. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in moderate oven (350\u00b0).
Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
