Chicken Sesame - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. celery, diced
1 onion, cut into rings
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Place oil in average size skillet.
When hot, add chicken and stir-fry until partially cooked (5 minutes).
Add onion, celery, frozen peas and soy sauce. Stir-fry until onions are tender but not limp.
Add sesame seed. Serve over rice.
