Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. oil or stick margarine
    1 onion
    1/3 c. dried green pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Stir corn, sugar, buttermilk, oil, cheese, pepper and onion. Beat eggs with fork; add to mixture. Add corn meal, red pepper, stir. Pour into well-greased pan. Bake until done.
