Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. chicken (1 chicken), cooked and boned
1 c. broth (save from chicken)
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cook chicken; debone and save 1 cup of broth.
Mix together the stuffing mix, 1 cup broth and margarine.
Put half in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix together the chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, milk and salt and pour over dressing.
Top with remaining half of dressing.
Spread can of soup on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0.
