Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    3 large (12 oz.) cans tomatoes
    3 or 4 large carrots
    1 can lima beans
    1 can white Shoepeg corn
    1 can yellow Niblets corn
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    Louisiana hot sauce
    basil
    1/4 c. alphabet macaroni
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute chopped onion.
    When onion is transparent, add garlic.
    Add chopped tomatoes and cover.
    Bring to simmer.
    Add chopped carrots.
    Add lima beans, Shoepeg corn, yellow Niblets corn, salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck.
    Add to pot.
    Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, splat of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon basil and 1/4 cup alphabet macaroni.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Taste for salt.
