Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. each: chopped nuts and chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; add vanilla.
Fold nuts and chocolate chips into egg whites.
Line 2 cookie sheets with foil; drop
mixture onto cookie sheet by spoonfuls.
Place in preheated oven; turn oven off and leave cookies in overnight.
